Group Fitness

Core Fitness’ Strength and Conditioning Programme is ideally suited to sports teams looking for that extra edge with group sessions being perfect for creating a team mentality and for adding that extra bit of motivation which allows for better results.

Strength and Conditioning Sessions not only improve strength but also improve aerobic fitness, sprint times, jump height, power output, flexibility and significantly reduce the risk of injury.
With this in mind, it is easy to see that no matter what sport you take part in a well prepared strength and conditioning programme will be hugely beneficial in improving performance.

Our qualified instructors will work with your own coaches to indentify weaknesses before designing sessions are specific to your own sport and teams needs, covering areas such as plyometrics, proprioception, speed and agility, endurance core stability and of course strength training.
