Directions by Road

Whether approaching Hamilton from North or South, leave the M74 at junction 5, normally signed for East Kilbride. This will take you onto the Raith Interchange, which can get a bit hairy at rush hour but should be OK for football traffic. (If you're coming down from East Kilbride or using the Bellshill bypass to arrive from the East then you should also use the same roundabout).

From there, follow the signs for Hamilton, which should take you onto Bothwell Road, with the Sewerage Works, Cat and Dog Home and Racecourse on your left and the Fire Brigade HQ on your right. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right into Caird Street towards the Retail Park.

To get to the stadium, turn right into New Park St and then continue onto Auchinraith Avenue past Morrisons. if you turn left at the next mini roundabout, the short road leads you to the stadium car park.

Directions by Rail

The stadium is right beside Hamilton West station. If travelling from Glasgow Central, take a train from the low level platform to "Motherwell, via Blantyre". The trains normally leave at 8 and 38 minutes past the hour and the journey time is just under 25 minutes. There are also limited stop trains running to Larkhall from Glasgow Central leaving at 27 and 57 minutes past the hour. The journey time for these trains is around 22 minutes. Don't use Hamilton Central station as it's nowhere near the stadium!

"Before attending Core Physiotherapy I could hardly move my neck and was in a lot of pain and discomfort.  After a couple of sessions the difference in movement and reduction in pain is remarkable"
    Mr P Cannon, Bothwell

"I was getting alot of pain at the front of my knee which was keeping me off my running. I tried other therapists but wasn't getting anywhere.  The physio at Core gave me treatment and a rehab programme and I have been back running with no pain for over 6 months now - Many Thanks"
    Miss Malone, Uddingston

"Training with Dave is not just about fitness it's about taking time to develop a positive mental attitude. I look forward to my sessions as much as for physical development as to the effect it has on my performance at work - and much to my surprise I really enjoy it!"
    David McGregor, Swinton

"I was getting married in August 2009 and I wanted to lose some weight. Not only to fit into my wedding dress, but to feel really good on the day. Simon gave me exercises that suited me and helped me with areas of my body I had particular problems with. I lost over two and a half stone, my dress fitted perfectly and I felt amazing. I couldn't have done it without Simon's continual support. Even when I wavered he didn't!"
    Mrs I Anderson, Lesmahagow

"The fitness sessions that Simon has put together for me are really unique and the perfect combination of cardio work, muscle toning and fun! Simon is an excellent trainer, totally motivating, patient and encouraging. I look forward to my personal training sessions every week and have seen a significant improvement in my fitness, conditioning, energy and muscle tone. I thoroughly recommend them!"
