"I was getting married in August 2009 and I wanted to lose some weight. Not only to fit into my wedding dress, but to feel really good on the day. Simon gave me exercises that suited me and helped me with areas of my body I had particular problems with. I lost over two and a half stone, my dress fitted perfectly and I felt amazing. I couldn't have done it without Simon's continual support. Even when I wavered he didn't!"
    Mrs I Anderson, Lesmahagow
